/ Abstract
Preventing problematic substance use among youth (defined here as 12-18 years old) through enhancing their awareness and resilience. R.T.R is an informative and interactive toolkit, which is designed based on the Risk & Resilience theory. The toolkit provides a safe, engaging, and supportive digital environment for youths to involve them in a service that promotes their health and well-being. It focuses on youths’ awareness and knowledge of substance use, and their resilience and communication skills.
/ Research Process
![]() The design process included extensive literature review, case study and document review, scanning online/offline resources, SMEs’ interview, co-design workshop with youth, and prototyping and testing process. Throughout the design process, various design techniques were applied to uncover the different components and stakeholders of the system, their interrelationships, and the gaps and challenges of the system. The design techniques include system mapping, stakeholder analysis matrix, influence mapping, and user experience mapping.
